20% to 66% reduction in ACC levy portion of regos for the majority of vehicle owners (depending on type of
vehicle).

$40 to $170 savings a year for light passenger vehicles

$198.65 2014/15 annual rego for all light passenger vehicles

$68.46  2015/16 annual rego for vehicles risk rated as posing lowest injury risk in a crash (band 4)*

$158.46 2015/16 annual rego for vehicles risk rated as posing highest injury risk in a crash (band 1)*

2.6 million light passenger vehicles eligible for risk ratings

*Regos for non-petrol vehicles will be higher.
